Do you believe in the healing power of words? Or that metaphors can be medicine to the stories living in the “meat and bones” of our bodies, our breath and our hearts? Anastasia Watson does.
Her classes offer safe spaces where you can uncover, breathe into and celebrate the stories ‘beneath your skin’, but don't take our word for it, check out one of her classes on Sundays, Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.
