House on Parliament is asking for your input. Here is an open letter from Tania Waldock with more details.
Dear Neighbours,
We would like to invite you to the HoP for an open-house on Monday, February 4th from 6:30 - 8:30 PM.
We, along with our architect Monica Kuhn, look forward to meeting you, sharing our drawings and answering any questions that you may have regarding our patio addition.
In late November, we were issued a permit to build a small second floor rooftop patio with these restrictions:
1. The patio must close at 11pm
2. There will be no music amplified sound at any time.
3. The walls of the patio will be 8’ high and soundproofed.
4. The permit will be reviewed in two years.
If you are unable to attend but would like more information or to see the plans please feel free to contact myself, Beau or Duncan.
We would be more than happy to give you a tour.
